Ecommerce automation agency for shops whose team does too much by hand
An ecommerce automation agency earns its fee where your team repeats the same tasks around the shop every day: keying orders into the ERP, reconciling stock, sorting tickets, maintaining product data. We automate those workflows at a fixed price and measure what you get back in time and revenue.
- Fixed price before we start
- 4–12 weeks to go live
- You own the code and data

Where the manual work sits in a shop
This is what a week looks like in many shops with a small back office. The numbers are an example. We estimate your own figures together during the analysis.
Syncing orders and stock with ERP and warehouse
CSV exports, re-typing, overselling at the weekend.

Where is my parcel, returns, invoices: every email is read and forwarded one by one.

Flows run on a schedule instead of behaviour, and vouchers go out by hand.

Free shop analysis
Our shop analysis checks your store automatically. Then we walk through your back-office workflows with you and estimate the hours per process.
- 02
Automation at a fixed price
You get a proposal with a fixed price and scope. We connect ERP, warehouse, helpdesk and email tool, test with real orders and go live after 4–12 weeks.

Measurement you can read yourself
A dashboard shows hours, error rate and email-flow revenue before and after launch. That way you see whether the project pays off.

What it costs and who builds it
- One process, e.g. order and stock sync with your ERP
- €5,000–15,0004–6 weeks
- Several connected processes with a dashboard
- €15,000–30,0006–10 weeks
We give you the exact price after the analysis, in writing and before we start.
All price rangesWho builds it
A senior team in Istanbul, founded in 2021. Your contact is founder Ferhat Ziba. You own the code, the accounts and the data.
One example of a data connection: for FC St. Pauli we built a shop template that exchanges orders and customer data directly with the club's CRM.

Which shop platforms do you work with?
Mostly Shopify and Shopify Plus, as well as Shopware, WooCommerce and custom shops. What matters is that your ERP, warehouse and helpdesk offer an API or an export. We check that in the analysis.
Do we need to buy new tools?
Usually not. We connect the systems you already use. If a piece is missing, we show you options with their running costs and you decide.
What happens if an automation fails?
Every workflow is monitored and reports errors to your team straight away. Orders that do not go through land in a list for manual review, so nothing gets lost silently.
When will we see the effect?
Projects go live after 4–12 weeks. You see saved hours in the dashboard from the first week. Effects on revenue need a few weeks with enough orders.
Send us your three most annoying workflows
We reply within one business day and tell you which of them can be automated and in which price range. The analysis is free.
