Hire a GTM engineer who works inside your stack from next week.
When you hire a GTM engineer from Melexsoft, you get an experienced engineer who builds integrations, lead routing and data quality into your revenue systems. They work in your Slack and your repository, in two-week sprints at a fixed price.
- Start within a week
- Price fixed before every sprint
- Your code, your data

What your GTM engineer gets done in weeks 1, 2 and 4
01·Week 1
Access and inventory
Set up access to CRM, repo and tools. Map the data flows, document routing logic and failure points. A free analysis comes first, so the first sprint is aimed right.
System map and sprint backlog
02·Week 2
First sprint shipped
The most urgent problem is fixed in production, for example an enrichment job on lead creation or a duplicate clean-up. With tests and alerting.
Pull requests in your repo
03·Week 4
Second sprint, a visible system
A bigger piece is running, such as territory and capacity-aware lead routing with a log of why each lead went to which rep.
Demo and handover note
How the GTM engineer works with you
For the length of the sprints they are part of your team. Sales and RevOps talk to them directly.
- # Slack
- Their own account in your workspace, available during your working hours.
- # Standups
- Joins your standups or posts a short written update, whichever you prefer.
- # Repository
- Works in your Git, with code review and tests. Nothing lives on our side.
- # Tickets
- Pulls tasks from your board. You prioritise, they estimate and deliver.

External team vs. in-house hire: the cost comparisonQuestions about hiring a GTM engineer
What does a GTM engineer do?
They build software for your revenue systems: integrations between CRM and tools, enrichment, lead routing, scoring, data quality jobs and small internal tools. They are measured on manual work removed and on how reliably the systems run.
How is this different from your GTM engineering projects?
With a project you buy a defined system at a fixed price. Here you book capacity: an engineer who works through your backlog sprint by sprint, with priorities set by you.
What access does the engineer need?
Slack, your ticket board, the repository and admin or API access to the tools they work on. You grant the permissions and revoke them after the last sprint.
Can I hire my own GTM engineer later?
Yes. Many teams have the backlog cleared first and then hire someone to run the system. Code, documentation and handover notes make the switch simple.
What should your GTM engineer build in the first two weeks?
Describe the problem in three sentences. Within one business day you get an assessment and a proposal for the first sprint.
