Overview
FC St. Pauli needed a modern e-commerce solution for merchandise sales that integrates seamlessly into the club's existing CRM infrastructure. The goal: customer data should be synchronized automatically, without manual maintenance between shop system and CRM.
We developed a fully custom template – optimized for performance, conversion, and a smooth user experience on both desktop and mobile. The bidirectional CRM interface ensures that orders, customer data, and communication histories are always up to date.
The project was implemented in close coordination with St. Pauli's internal IT team and completed within the planned budget and timeline.
