What we build

The scope is the layer between your tools: the integrations, logic and internal software that make a collection of platforms behave like one system. Concretely, these are the projects we deliver most often.

Fit and behavioural scoring in code with tests, so a weight change can be evaluated against historical data before it ships. Rules-based or ML, depending on what your data supports.
Data pipelines and warehouse models
Product usage, billing and CRM data joined in a warehouse, with metric definitions in version control and snapshots that make cohort analysis possible.
Internal revenue tooling
The small applications no vendor sells: account research views, territory planners, quote approval flows, security questionnaire libraries, proposal assembly.
Data quality automation
Scheduled normalisation, stale record management, validation enforcement and monitoring — with dry-run safety and audit logging on every automated change.

How we work

Every engagement follows the same five steps. The first one is paid, short, and produces something useful whether or not you continue with us.

  1. Diagnostic (1–2 weeks)

    We look at your funnel, stack, data model and manual processes, then come back with a prioritised list of what to build, what each would cost, and what it should return. If the honest answer is that you do not need us yet, we say that.

  2. Scope and fixed price

    A statement of work with defined deliverables, acceptance criteria and a fixed price. No day rates, no open-ended retainers. You know what you are getting before anything starts.

  3. Build in your environment

    Repositories in your organisation, infrastructure in your cloud accounts, credentials you control. Weekly demos of working software rather than status reports.

  4. Verify against the baseline

    We measure the metric the project was meant to move — response time, manual hours, data quality rate — against the baseline taken before we started.

  5. Document and hand over

    Architecture notes, runbooks, a decision log and a working session with whoever will own it. The handover plan is agreed at the start, not improvised at the end.

What is GTM engineering as a service?

An external engineering team building and maintaining the software your revenue team runs on — integrations, lead routing, scoring, data pipelines and internal tooling — on fixed-scope projects rather than as a full-time hire.

How much does a GTM engineering project cost?

Most builds fall between €15,000 and €60,000 depending on complexity, agreed as a fixed price before work starts. The diagnostic that precedes it is a separate, smaller fixed fee. For comparison, an equivalent senior hire costs roughly €130,000 to €180,000 fully loaded per year plus three to six months of recruitment.

Who owns the code?

You do. Repositories are in your organisation, infrastructure runs in your cloud accounts, and credentials stay under your control from day one. Documentation and runbooks are contractual deliverables.

What happens after the project ends?

You get a documented, monitored system and a working handover session with whoever will own it. Some clients then maintain it internally; others keep us on a small support arrangement. The handover plan is agreed before we start, so there is no dependency by accident.

Do you work with our existing tools?

Yes. We build against whatever stack you have — we do not sell software or require you to switch platforms. If we think a tool is genuinely the wrong choice, we will tell you, but replacing it is your decision.

How do you handle data protection?

Systems are built in your infrastructure with your access controls. Where residency, retention or consent constraints apply, those are treated as design inputs from the start rather than as compliance work added at the end.
