RevOps audit: we find where your revenue data stops adding up.
A RevOps audit shows why your reports disagree and where leads get lost. We check ten points in your CRM and processes without changing anything, and hand you a findings list with priority, effort and order.

Do these five symptoms sound familiar?
If two or more apply, the cause is rarely a single person. Usually a definition, a rule or an owner is missing.
- Marketing and sales give different lead numbers for the same month.
- Form enquiries sit in the CRM for days without an owner.
- Nobody can say who decides what “qualified” means.
- The forecast gets negotiated in a meeting instead of calculated.
- Every pipeline question ends with someone opening a spreadsheet.
What the RevOps audit checks
Lifecycle definitions
Is there a written definition of lead, qualified, opportunity, customer and churn, and does every team use the same one?
Stages and exit criteria
Does every pipeline stage have a testable criterion, or does the deal owner's gut decide?
Duplicate rate
How many contacts and companies exist twice, and which path creates them?
Routing rules
Does every new enquiry reach a person, and how long does that really take?
Handoffs
Marketing to sales, sales to onboarding: who owns it, is there a deadline, and does anyone notice when it is missed?
Field ownership
Who can create fields, which ones are required, and which ones has nobody filled in for months?
Source attribution
Does a lead keep its original source, or does the next form submission overwrite it?
Forecast method
How is the number built, and does anyone measure afterwards how accurate it was?
Reporting consistency
Do two reports answering the same question return the same number?
System landscape
Which tool is authoritative for what, and where does data move by manual export?
How it works
Day 1
Conversation
You describe the symptoms. We ask about systems, teams and the numbers that do not match.
Week 1
Review
With read-only access we go through the ten points and document the current state exactly as it is.
Wrap-up
Findings and fix plan
We walk through the list together. You decide what your team fixes and what we take on.
What you hold at the end
- 1.A findings list, each finding with priority and effort
- 2.A fix plan in a sensible order
- 3.Where you sit in the RevOps maturity model
| Finding | Priority | Effort |
|---|---|---|
| Original source is overwritten by every new form submission | high | small |
| Leads outside the core region have no owner | high | small |
| “Proposal” stage has no exit criterion | medium | medium |
| Many fields nobody has filled in for months | low | large |
The four maturity stages
- 01
Reactive
- 02
Standardised
- 03
Automated
- 04
Predictive
Most companies sit between the first two stages. The fix plan moves you one stage forward. Skipping stages means building forecasts on messy definitions.
Then: the fixes at a fixed price
The findings list is yours, even if you do nothing further with us. If you want the fixes done, you get an offer with a fixed price. Focused corrections usually come to €5,000–15,000, a rebuild of data model and routing to €15,000–30,000. The changes go live within 4–12 weeks.
How we implement RevOpsQuestions about the RevOps audit
What does the RevOps audit cost?
Nothing. The audit is the free analysis we do before every offer. Costs only arise if you hire us for the fixes, and then at the fixed price agreed beforehand.
Do you need write access to our CRM?
No. Read-only access is enough for the audit. During the review we change nothing in your data, fields or rules.
Which CRM systems does this work with?
The ten checks do not depend on the tool. We work with the common CRM systems and with setups that grew out of spreadsheets and in-house builds.
What if we want to implement the fixes ourselves?
Then you take the findings list and the fix plan with you. Both are written so your team can work with them without us.
Which of your numbers do not add up?
Write two or three sentences about where it breaks. You get a reply within one business day and a slot for the conversation.
