Sales dashboard

Sales dashboard setup that sales, marketing and finance all trust.

With our sales dashboard setup, every number in your Monday meeting shows the same value, whoever pulls it. To get there, we first build the data model underneath your CRM and write every metric down as a formula.

  • Fixed price before we start
  • Live in 4–12 weeks

Why the numbers match afterwards

CRM reports overwrite old values, and each report calculates a little differently. So we build four layers, and the dashboard is only the top one.

L4

Dashboard

In your BI tool or as a custom web view, refreshed automatically, with no spreadsheet exports.

L3

KPI definitions

Every formula written down and versioned. When a definition changes, you can see when and why.

L2

Data model

A warehouse with history: every stage change timestamped, original source stored and never overwritten.

L1

Sources

Your CRM, website forms, billing, ad accounts. We read from them without your team changing how it works.

Price, timeline, how it starts

Typical fixed price

€15,000–30,000

Several data sources, data model and dashboard. With a single source and a handful of metrics, the €5,000–15,000 band is often enough.

Until live

4–12 weeks

Depends on how many sources you have and what state they are in. You know the schedule before we start.

  1. 1

You send the form above. We reply within one business day.

  2. 2

Free analysis: we look at your sources and at the reports that contradict each other.

  3. 3

Fixed-price offer with metrics, scope and schedule. Then you decide.

Frequently asked questions

Aren't the reports in our CRM enough?

For one metric from one source, often yes. Once billing, marketing spend or history come in, every report calculates differently, because the CRM overwrites old values. The data model underneath solves exactly that.

Which BI tool do you use?

The one you already have. If you have none, we recommend one that fits your size or build a custom web view. The data model and definitions stay the same either way.

What do we need to contribute?

Access to the sources and two or three sessions in which sales, marketing and finance agree the definitions together. Those sessions are the most important part of the project.

What happens after go-live?

You get the code, data model and documentation, and your team can carry on alone. If you like, we handle extensions afterwards as a separate, small engagement.

Next step

Show us the two reports that contradict each other.

In the free analysis we find the cause and give you a fixed price for the dashboard.
