Stack review and integration

Sales tech stack consulting for teams whose tools don't talk to each other

Our sales tech stack consulting starts with a simple list: every sales and marketing tool, what it costs and what it does. After that you can see which licences you pay for twice, where your team moves data by hand, and what a proper connection costs at a fixed price.

  • Review included in the free analysis
  • Vendor-neutral, no commissions
  • You own the code and data
  • Duplicate licences

Two enrichment tools, two sequencers, and nobody remembers why.

  • Copy-paste between systems

CSV export on Monday, import on Tuesday, errors on Wednesday.

  • Three numbers for one question

CRM, spreadsheet and dashboard each show a different pipeline.

The same stack before and after the review

We sort every tool into one of six layers. That quickly shows where two tools do the same job and where a layer is missing. Usually it is orchestration.

Before

Three duplicates, one empty layer

  1. 1System of recordCRMPipeline spreadsheet
  2. 2Data & enrichmentEnrichment toolSecond enrichment tool
  3. 3EngagementSequencerSecond sequencerNewsletter toolMeeting booking
  4. 4IntelligenceCall recording
  5. 5OrchestrationCopy-paste and CSV
  6. 6ReportingCRM reportsExcel every Monday

Duplicate licences, leads in two systems, and the link between them is a person with a clipboard.

After

One tool per job, all connected

  1. 1System of recordCRM with one owner
  2. 2Data & enrichmentEnrichment toolWarehouse
  3. 3EngagementSequencerNewsletter toolMeeting booking
  4. 4IntelligenceCall recordingAI qualification
  5. 5OrchestrationRouting and sync as code
  6. 6ReportingDashboard on the warehouse

Fewer licences, one source for every metric. Routing and sync run as versioned code that you own.

What the stack review delivers

You give us read access or a tool list. We talk to the people who use the tools every day and write down what we find.

Free, as part of the analysis

Inventory by layer
Every tool with its cost, owner and layer. Including whatever runs on someone's personal card.
Duplicates and gaps
Which licences you can cancel and which layer is missing.
List of manual steps
Every export and every manual transfer, with estimated hours per week. That is your automation backlog.
Fixed-price proposal
A concrete first step with scope and price. Whether you take it with us is your call afterwards.

Next: integrate or consolidate

Depending on the findings we propose one of two paths. Both are fixed-price projects and go live after 4 to 12 weeks.

Integrate

The tools stay, the manual work goes. We connect CRM, enrichment and sequencer, build routing and a duplicate check, and retire the weekly spreadsheet round.

€5,000–15,000

one clearly defined connection or automation

Consolidate

Duplicate tools go, data is merged, and a warehouse becomes the source for your reporting. Plus orchestration as code with tests.

€15,000–30,000

several systems, data migration and dashboard

We don't resell licences and take no commissions. That is why we will also tell you to drop a tool. How we build these systems is described under GTM engineering.

Questions about stack consulting

What does sales tech stack consulting cost?

The review itself is part of our free analysis. Implementation usually costs between €5,000 and €30,000 at a fixed price, depending on whether we integrate or consolidate. You know the price before you commit.

Do you recommend specific tools?

We work with what you have. If a layer is missing, we name two or three suitable options with their pros and cons. We have no partner agreements with vendors.

Do we have to switch CRMs?

Almost never. A CRM migration is expensive and touches every integration. Cleaning up the data model in your current CRM and closing the gaps around it usually pays off more.

Who maintains the integrations afterwards?

You get the code, the documentation and a handover to your team. Ongoing support is optional and offered separately.

How many of your tools do the same job?

Send us your tool list. In the free review you see what runs twice, what is missing and what connecting it costs.
